Our disclosed partner clinic — what that means

My Dentist Brooklyn Consulting LLC does not own, operate, staff, or share ownership with Taki Dent. Taki Dent is an independently owned dental clinic in Antalya, and Taki Dent is its brand name — Antalya describes its location — its only location. What connects the two companies is a disclosed commercial partnership: we help New York patients understand their options, request a written treatment plan, coordinate travel logistics, and stay reachable during aftercare. Taki Dent's own dentists and clinical team perform the diagnosis, treatment planning and all clinical work, at their own facility, under their own professional responsibility. We use the word "partner" deliberately and consistently, rather than presenting Taki Dent as one interchangeable example among many unrelated clinics.

Lead clinician: Asst. Prof. Dr. Sadık Taki

Taki Dent's lead clinician is Asst. Prof. Dr. Sadık Taki, a Specialist Prosthodontist. Prosthodontics is the dental specialty concerned with the restoration and replacement of teeth — crowns, bridges, implant-supported restorations and full-arch rehabilitation — which is directly relevant to the categories of treatment (implants, All-on-4, All-on-6, crowns, veneers and full-mouth restoration) that patients most commonly travel for. Clinical assessment, diagnosis and the treatment plan for any patient are made by Taki Dent's treating, licensed dental professionals at their clinic in Antalya — not by My Dentist Brooklyn, and not remotely from our Brooklyn office.

International Health Tourism Authorization

Taki Dent holds an International Health Tourism Authorization (Certificate No. ST-6335) issued under the Republic of Turkey's health tourism regulatory framework. We use this specific, government-defined term deliberately rather than a looser marketing label — an International Health Tourism Authorization is a government authorization to operate as a health-tourism-facing facility; it is a different thing from a private hospital certification program, and we don't want to blur the two. We have reviewed the authorization documentation Taki Dent provided to us; we have not independently contacted the issuing authority to confirm it stays current year over year, and we recommend any patient who wants that additional layer of confirmation ask Taki Dent directly before booking travel.

Diagnostic technology and equipment

Taki Dent uses CBCT (cone-beam computed tomography) for 3D imaging of jaw bone and tooth structure — the standard imaging technology for planning implant placement, bone grafting and complex full-arch cases, because it shows bone volume and nerve position in a way a flat 2D X-ray cannot. The clinic also uses an intraoral scanner to capture a digital impression of a patient's teeth and gums, which is used for designing crowns, veneers and implant-supported restorations without the older material-impression trays. Together, these let Taki Dent's clinical team plan a case digitally before a patient ever sits in the chair, which is part of why a written treatment plan can often be prepared in advance of travel.

Implant systems and restorative materials

Taki Dent uses internationally recognized implant systems and restorative materials, depending on the selected treatment package — including Straumann and Nobel Biocare dental implant systems, and Ivoclar Vivadent zirconia for crowns, veneers and full-arch restorations. Straumann and Nobel Biocare are both widely used implant manufacturers with long clinical track records and large published research bases; Nobel Biocare is also the manufacturer that originated the All-on-4 full-arch concept. Which specific system and material a given patient receives depends on their individual case, the treatment package they select, and what Taki Dent's clinical team determines is appropriate after assessment — a written quote will specify the exact brand and material before a patient travels, so there is nothing left to guess at on arrival.

Written treatment documentation

Before a patient commits to travel, Taki Dent prepares written, itemized treatment documentation: a treatment plan naming the procedures involved, the implant brand and restorative material selected, the number of clinic visits required, and a price broken out by procedure. When a patient provides a CBCT scan, this price is a fixed, written final price given before travel and guaranteed not to change through the end of treatment — the clinic's own prices are set in US dollars, not a currency conversion. After treatment, patients receive further written documentation — an itemized invoice, a treatment summary, tooth-by-tooth notes, and where relevant an implant passport recording the brand, model and lot number of the implants placed. We ask every patient to read this documentation carefully and to raise questions with us or directly with Taki Dent before signing off on anything.

Languages and team

Taki Dent's team includes English-speaking staff, so US patients can communicate directly with the clinical and administrative team about their treatment plan, appointment schedule and aftercare instructions without relying solely on a third-party interpreter during clinic visits. We still recommend patients keep written documentation of anything important — plans, quotes, instructions — in English, which Taki Dent provides as a matter of course.

Follow-up and warranty framework

Taki Dent offers a follow-up and limited written warranty framework for eligible treatment, subject to the specific conditions published in each patient's warranty documentation — for example, attending recommended check-ups, following aftercare instructions, and maintaining oral hygiene. We deliberately do not describe this as an unconditional "lifetime guarantee," because no responsible clinic can promise a guaranteed clinical outcome regardless of a patient's own aftercare, general health, or unforeseen complications. Why we selected Taki Dent as our partner clinic

We chose to build our coordination service around Taki Dent rather than a rotating list of unrelated clinics for a few concrete reasons. First, it holds a documented International Health Tourism Authorization rather than relying on marketing claims alone. Second, its lead clinician holds a named, checkable specialist title — Specialist Prosthodontist — directly relevant to the implant, crown, veneer and full-arch work most of our patients are considering. Third, it was willing to provide us with written, itemized treatment-plan and pricing samples naming specific implant brands and materials, rather than vague "premium" language, which lets us set patient expectations honestly before anyone books a flight. Fourth, having one disclosed, named partner — instead of presenting many clinics as interchangeable "recommendations" — lets us actually stand behind the coordination we provide, because we know who we're coordinating with and how they operate.

We are not claiming Taki Dent offers "the same" or "identical" quality to every US practice, and we do not guarantee any clinical outcome — no clinic, anywhere, honestly can. What we can say is that we selected a specific, named, licensed clinic with a documented authorization and a named specialist lead clinician, and we disclose the commercial relationship openly rather than presenting it as an independent recommendation.

What verification we have — and have not — performed

In the interest of being straightforward about the limits of our own review, here is what we have done and not done. We have: reviewed Taki Dent's International Health Tourism Authorization documentation and certificate number; confirmed its clinic address and the professional title of its lead clinician as represented to us; received and reviewed sample written treatment plans, itemized quotes and post-treatment documentation; and confirmed the implant systems and restorative material brands it reports using.

We have not: conducted an independent, on-site clinical quality audit; verified every individual patient's clinical outcome; contacted the Turkish health authorities directly to reconfirm the authorization's current status; or reviewed Taki Dent's internal sterilization or infection-control protocols beyond what the clinic has represented to us. We recommend that any patient considering treatment do their own additional research — including asking Taki Dent directly for current documentation — before committing to travel, in the same way we'd recommend vetting any dental provider, at home or abroad, before a large treatment decision.
