Scope of our consulting and coordination service

My Dentist Brooklyn Consulting LLC provides dental treatment consulting and coordination services: we explain treatment options, travel logistics, and pricing and quote structure in plain English; we help you organize your dental records and history; we coordinate communication between you and Taki Dent's clinical team; we help you interpret a written estimate; and we provide administrative support around scheduling and travel logistics before and after your trip. Our Brooklyn office, at 1801 Dorchester Rd 2, Brooklyn, NY 11226, operates by appointment for exactly these consulting and coordination purposes.

Clinical treatment is out of scope of our service

We are not a dental practice. My Dentist Brooklyn Consulting LLC does not hold a dental license, does not perform dental exams, does not take X-rays, does not diagnose dental conditions, does not prescribe medication, and does not perform any dental procedure of any kind, in Brooklyn or anywhere else. Nothing on the Site or in our communications with you is a diagnosis, a personal treatment recommendation, or a substitute for assessment by a licensed treating dentist. All dental treatment we coordinate is provided entirely by Taki Dent's own licensed dentists, at Taki Dent's own facility in Antalya, under Taki Dent's own professional responsibility.

Taki Dent is a separate, independent provider

Taki Dent is a separately owned and operated dental clinic. My Dentist Brooklyn Consulting does not own or operate Taki Dent, and Taki Dent does not own or operate us; we are two independent companies connected by a disclosed commercial partnership, not a single organization operating under two names. Taki Dent is solely responsible for its own clinical decisions, diagnosis, treatment planning, and the dental treatment it performs.

Who the treatment contract is with

If you proceed with treatment, the contract covering your dental care — its clinical scope, its price, and its terms — is between you, the patient, and Taki Dent, the treating clinic. My Dentist Brooklyn Consulting is not a party to that clinical agreement. Our role ends at helping you reach a clear, written estimate from Taki Dent and supporting the logistics around it; any separate consulting fee we charge, where one applies, is billed by us directly and disclosed to you in advance.

How prices are set and when they are fixed

The Taki Dent figures shown on the Site are the clinic's own fixed US-dollar starting prices, prepared for general planning purposes. If you provide a CBCT scan, Taki Dent gives you a fixed, written final price before you travel, guaranteed not to change through the end of your treatment. Where you have not yet provided a CBCT, any price, cost range, or estimate shown on the Site, sent to you by email, or discussed during a consultation is a preliminary estimate that a CBCT then confirms before you commit — the final figure reflects your individual case, including implant brand and quantity, bone condition, materials selected, number of visits, and any additional procedures required. Published New York-area figures shown for comparison are typical market ranges, not single-provider quotes, and are not prices we or Taki Dent charge automatically.

Payment and deposits

Where a deposit is requested to secure a treatment date, its amount, recipient, and terms will be disclosed to you in writing before you are asked to pay it. Any consulting fee we charge directly for our own services is separate from, and will never be presented as, the price of your dental treatment itself. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any payment terms in writing before making a payment to us or to Taki Dent.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms for a treatment deposit or booking are governed by the written agreement you receive from Taki Dent (or from us, for a separate consulting fee) at the time of booking, not by this general Site-wide policy. Ask for these terms in writing, and review them, before you pay any deposit or commit to a travel date.

Travel and accommodation responsibility

Your hotel and VIP transfers for the treatment period are included in Taki Dent's treatment price and arranged by the clinic. Booking and paying for your own flights, meals, travel insurance, and passport and visa requirements is your responsibility as the patient. We may help coordinate logistics and provide guidance, but we do not act as a travel agent or insurer, and we are not responsible for airline, hotel, or travel-provider decisions, delays, or cancellations. Do not purchase non-refundable travel before your treatment dates are confirmed in writing with Taki Dent.

Accuracy of information you provide

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your dental and medical history, symptoms, existing quotes, and any records you share with us. Taki Dent's clinical assessment and any resulting estimate or treatment plan rely on the accuracy of the information you provide; incomplete or inaccurate information may affect your estimate, your suitability for a given treatment, or your care.

No guarantee of clinical outcome

Neither My Dentist Brooklyn Consulting nor Taki Dent guarantees any specific clinical outcome. Dental treatment carries inherent variability and risk, and individual outcomes vary based on your own anatomy, health, aftercare, and unforeseen complications, among other factors. Where Taki Dent offers a follow-up or written warranty framework for eligible treatment, that warranty is a limited written warranty subject to the specific conditions published in your own warranty documentation — never an unconditional "lifetime guarantee," and never a promise that treatment will succeed regardless of circumstances.

Third-party services

The Site links to and references third-party websites, services, and providers — including government health resources, insurers, payment processors, travel providers, and Taki Dent. These are provided for convenience and information only. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, services, availability, or outcomes of third parties, and using a linked or referenced third-party service is subject to that third party's own terms.

Intellectual property

The content on the Site is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable laws. You may view the Site and share links to our content, but you may not copy, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of it without our permission.

No professional relationship until treatment assessment

Using the Site, submitting an intake form, or corresponding with our Brooklyn office does not, by itself, create a dentist-patient relationship with us or with Taki Dent. A dentist-patient relationship, and any personal diagnosis or treatment plan, exists only once a treating dentist at Taki Dent has assessed your individual case directly.

Dispute resolution and governing law

If a dispute arises from your use of the Site or our consulting and coordination services, we ask that you first contact us through our contact page so we can try to resolve it directly and in good faith. These Terms, and any dispute relating to the Site or our own consulting services, are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and you agree that any such dispute not resolved informally may be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York. Disputes specifically about dental treatment itself are a matter between you and Taki Dent, under the terms of your agreement with Taki Dent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Dentist Brooklyn Consulting is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or our consulting and coordination services, or from dental treatment performed by Taki Dent, which is solely responsible for its own clinical work. You use the Site and our services at your own risk.

Consent to electronic communications

By providing your email address or phone/WhatsApp number, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including estimates, appointment coordination, and administrative updates about your case. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us through our contact page, though doing so may limit our ability to continue coordinating your case.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time, including as our services or legal obligations evolve. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
